What is growth design?
This is a short intro for people who visit my portfolio but confused about the “Growth Design” concept.
Growth design vs. Classic design
“Too long; didn’t read.”

I don’t understand this flow chart. Is there an example?
e.g. What do we do to get “rain growth”?

People did some “research” and thought that there is a sky god controlling cloud. There is no rain because he is unhappy. By doing something that can make sky god happy will get more rain.
Classic mindset:
Correlation chain with low certainty

Under this subjective recognition, in ancient times, people will hold a rain dance ritual to please the “sky god” and pray for the rain.
However, in modern times, people took a reversed thinking process: instead of trying to solve the problem by random techniques, the research started from the final result and going backward to problems and solutions.
Scientific mindset:
Causality chain with high certainty

Now, people will do cloud seeding to change the clouds’ behavior.
